Center Services Coordinator

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt, Full-time
Location: Care Net offices in Lansdowne, VA   

Position Focus:

The Center Services Coordinator provides outstanding customer service to current and potential affiliates.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinates affiliation renewal process
  • Promotes benefits of Care Net affiliation
  • Provides customer care via email and phone
  • Welcomes new affiliates
  • Maintains records and provides administrative support
  • Provides customer support for website administration.
  • Other assigned duties

Qualifications Include

  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, including a professional telephone demeanor. 
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to deliver factual content in a creative and engaging way; as well as strong editing skills, including the ability to emend content for clarity, spelling, grammar, and readability.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office software applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work with a diversity of cultures and Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • Has strong organizational, analytical, and process coordination skills.
  • Possesses a strong commitment and dedication to Care Net's pro-life position.
  • Agrees with and can uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision, & Core Values.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in customer service,  office administration, pregnancy center ministry, or a related field.
  • Experience in the use of cloud-based databases and data entry.
  • A strong work ethic and personal ambition to succeed.
  • At least two years of college or an associates degree.

Major Gifts Officer

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Full-time, exempt
Location: Care Net offices in Lansdowne, VA   

Position Focus:

The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for the cultivation and solicitation of a portfolio of donors, including individuals and foundations.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of the giving cycle: research, prospecting, cultivations, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Initiate, analyze, monitor, evaluate, and alter strategic advancement plans.
  • Articulate to donors in writing and in personal meetings Care Net’s vision, mission, value proposition, case for support, and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct solicitation experience, with successful experience in asking for and closing gifts of $10,000 or more
  • Is a committed Christian, with a strong commitment and dedication to evangelism, the pro-life position, and the sanctity of the family
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a portfolio or segment of donors or clients by building and maintaining long-term relationships with individuals and organizations being solicited
  • Has the ability to work with a diversity of Christian denominations, backgrounds and traditions
  • Has strong organizational, program, written and oral skills, and has experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors
  • Is computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, Google applications, and experience working with CRM applications.
  • Has the ability to travel within the U.S. approximately 20% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Pregnancy Decision Line Coach

Location: Care Net offices in Lansdowne, VA   

Position Focus:

The Pregnancy Decision Line Coach provides support and information over phone and by email to women and men making pregnancy decisions.

Qualifications Include

  • A high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, including a professional telephone demeanor. 
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office software applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • Able to work with a diversity of cultures and Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions.
  • Possesses a strong commitment and dedication to Care Net's pro-life position.
  • Agrees with and can uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision, & Core Values.

  • Experience in customer service,  office administration, or a call center.
