What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I love sharing the pro-abundant life message and inviting donors to participate in what Care Net is doing to advance a culture for life!

What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven....." I love these verses because it leans on the wisdom and grace needed to get through each season of life and the steadfastness of God no matter the season we are in.

Do you have any quirky nightly rituals?

Not sure that this is a ritual, per say. But every night before I fall asleep, I ask God the same question... "Lord, what do I need to leave behind today and not bring with me into tomorrow?"

Why are you pro-life?

I am a firm believer that God is the author and creator of life and it is our privilege and responsibility as image bearers to protect and defend God's creation at every age and stage of life.

Where are you from? Where did you grow up?

I am born and raised in Northwest Ohio and an avid believer that Midwest is best! There is nothing that can compare to the beautiful change of seasons and there is nothing quite like the hot days and cool nights of a midwest summer on the lake!

What is something people don't know about you?

As a child, my mom was an author and wrote 7 cookbooks and an autobiography. Several times during the summer, we would travel for multiple weeks when she went on book tour. She also used to have a cooking show that aired across the nation.
