Title: Regional Director of Donor Relations (Major Gifts Officer)

Location: Care Net Headquarters in Lansdowne, VA or Remote

Classification: Full-time, exempt

Department: Major Donors and Foundations  

Reporting to the Executive of Donor Relations, the Regional Director of Donor Relations (Major Gifts Officer) is responsible for managing the cultivation, solicitation, and stewarding of a portfolio of individual and foundation donors, within an assigned geographic territory, who give $2,500 or more annually. The Regional Director of Donor Relations will work closely with the Executive of Donor Relations and the Development team to promote the acquisition of major gifts. He or she will be an individual with a rich fundraising, direct sales, business development background, who has had progressive and successful experience in their career.

Reporting to the Director of Center Services (DCS), the Affiliation Support Specialist (ASC) provides outstanding customer service to current and potential affiliates, creativity and innovation to assigned projects, and support for special projects. Title: Regional Director of Church Engagement (TX)

Location: Based in Texas—preferably near Dallas
(some travel required)

Department: Church Outreach and Engagement

The Regional Director of Church Engagement (TX) will create a team in Texas that will work with pregnancy centers and local churches to help implement our vision (see attached), anchored in Making Life Disciples. He or she and the Texas-based and Care Net national teams will assist pregnancy centers in establishing “discipleship connection” processes and programs with their local churches. He or she will also work with churches—whether or not they are connected to local pregnancy centers—to implement Making Life Disciples-centered ministries that can provide support for women and men considering abortion.

Title: National Trainer, Pregnancy Decision Line

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth area preferred

Classification: Full-time, non-exempt

Department: Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL)

The National Trainer of Pregnancy Decision Line (NT-PDL) will oversee the training and education of Care Net affiliates (80%) as well as the Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL) coaches (20%) in relation to serving those individuals who call PDL. As a key focus, NT-PDL maintains a system for ongoing training opportunities for affiliated centers in need of training in phone/face-to-face interaction with clients.
