3 Free Resources for Sanctity of Human Life Month

Posted by Care Net on Jan 12, 2017 10:30:00 AM

January is a month of particular focus on the tens of millions of lives that have been lost since the Roe v. Wade decision, and the lack of support in our culture that leaves so many women and couples justifying abortion as their "solution" to an unplanned pregnancy.

Here are three great resources we can heartily recommend to inspire and equip your existing supporters to be effective advocates for life. Consider sharing these with your donors, volunteers, partnering churches, and anyone else who might benefit from them.

1. 21 Days of Prayer for Life Devotional

Care Net was honored to partner with the Colson Center to create this amazing resource.  Once you review it, I know you will be as excited as we are to share it with all believers you know.

How to share:

> Provide this link in an email.

> Download and print color copies to distribute.

2. Simulcast the Evangelicals for Life Conference

Evangelicals from across the country will gather in Washington DC to be inspired and equipped by top speakers including Russell Moore, Jim Daly, and Care Net's Roland Warren and Cindy Hopkins.

For those that are not able to attend live, a free simulcast is being made available.  Stream the event on your own or invite staff and volunteers to join you in the center's conference room. Extend this opportunity to your supporters and local churches as well.

Once registered for the simulcast you will also receive free resources from Focus on the Family and ERLC.

 Register Here.

3. March for Life Conference & Expo

In October 1973, months after the Roe and Doe decisions, a group of thirty pro-life leaders gathered in Nellie Gray's home in Washington, D.C. to discuss how to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Roe. There was a fear that January 22 would pass as any other day rather than allow for a moment to reflect upon how legalized abortion had hurt women and taken babies’ lives over the course of the year. That was the day that plans for the first March for Life began, and 43 years later, we are still marching.

Join pro life individuals from across the country for the 43rd annual March for Life and conference & exhibits. Can't travel to Washington, DC?  Find a March for Life event in your area.
