Engaging with your center's major donors may start at the banquet, but it shouldn't end there.

You may think I’m suggesting that your annual fundraising banquet is no longer needed or not important.  Rest assured, that is not the focus of this article.  The pregnancy center banquet is actually a critical part of engaging your donors, especially those with great means.  However, it must not be the only time you engage your major donors throughout the year.

There are several things you should keep in mind as you build or enhance a major donor program.  They include, but are not limited to, the following:
