Psalms. It is so comforting and yet challenging at the same time. There is literally a Psalm for every situation, it's so comforting to be able to read one and instantly start praising God.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer. He worked tirelessly in whatever way he could to bring down a regime that was destroying human life. He also worked to keep the church in Germany alive to the truth of the gospel.
Can I say a series? The Little House on the Prairie series influenced me heavily in my younger years and still holds a special place in my heart today. All the covers have fallen off of my personal set.
