...to not be pro life hurts people.
When I see and hear joyful expressions from attendees at the Care Net National Conference. Comments like "God restored my vision for our ministry this week at conference!" or "I couldn't sleep last night because I was so excited to return to work and put to practice what I learned!"
Probably my favorite sections of the Bible are the Parables. In particular the Prodigal Son and the Lost Lamb. Jesus is pictured here as the father who welcomes back the son that at one time walked away and the shepherd who was concerned and searched for that one who was lost. These stories show me how much the Father loves me and continually pursues a relationship with me.
I am pro-life because I think to not be pro life hurts people. The taking of a life, seen or unseen, is morally wrong and will cause pain that extends to many. I want to help others understand that there are better solutions.
From fourth grade through college I lived in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (Roll Tide!), but I am originally from North Carolina. As an adult I've lived in Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia. Yes, I'm a true Southerner!
I'm a foodie; love to cook, eat and experiences different foods. I really like outside activities; boating, skiing, walking, horseback riding, and gardening.
Samantha on Bewitched! She was kind, didn't abuse her powers, but had that great nose twitch!
