Alecia also serves as a Center Services Specialist with Care Net, where she has the opportunity to encourage and equip fellow pregnancy center leaders. She shares with new center directors, "I learned resilience, perseverance, I learned what was needed... and those are the things that new directors need to know, it won't happen overnight. You're going to have to work hard but listen, at the end of the day, the crop is life, the harvest is peace, and there is transformation at the end."
