Exhibit Hall Booth Fees Include:

• One draped booth space
• One 6' covered and skirted table
• Two chairs
• One trash can
• Inclusion in the on-site Conference Guide Exhibitor Directory
• E-blast listing all the exhibitors sent before and after conference
• Entrance to the general sessions, excluding meals.
• One pass per booth to attend workshops. Please allow attendees to have preference on seating.

First time exhibitors must obtain prior approval before being permitted to exhibit. Contact conference@care-net.org or call 205-908-8318. Exhibitors must register online. Registration will open in April.

Conference Bag Item

A conference bag will be given to each main conference attendee at registration. Supply one item for inclusion in the conference bag. Literature may consist of one insert, brochure, or flyer no larger than 8½” x 11”. Please provide at least 1,000 physical copies (shipping details, dates, and information for bag item will be sent separately).

Conference Guide Advertisement

The Conference Guide is a full color brochure printed on high quality paper that serves as the attendee's reference guide throughout the conference. All attendees are provided one at registration. Artwork is due no later than July 28, 2016.
